This service is provided where property is required for or affected by government work. We will establish for the client what amount of capital loss or cost is required to restore the original equity.

Portfolio Management

We are able to advise clients on the appropriate diversification of their property portfolio, ensuring that risks are measured and minimized. We can assist in measuring property returns and in submitting data to IPD if required, manage the property process, including advice on property investments and disinvestment management.
