Greg Morice
A Registered Valuer and Director of Morice Limited. Greg has a wide range of valuation skills in the rural sector with his prime area of focus on sheep and cattle, dairy farming, horticulture, viticulture and specialised land uses. Greg has built up considerable expertise in the leasing of rural property and specialises in setting up of leases, rent reviews, arbitration and lease management. Greg spends a considerable portion of his year working for major landowners in all aspects of their land portfolio. This includes annual valuations, purchasing and selling of land, subdivision options, management and administration of their Lease Land Portfolio.

Mark Morice
A Registered Valuer and Director of Morice Limited.  Mark has a wide range of valuation skills, predominantly in the rural and forestry sectors and focuses his work throughout the North Island.  Mark's prime area of focus is on sheep and cattle farming, land for redevelopment and forestry.  Mark is well regarded in the forestry industry for his specialisation in the valuation of forestry land and rent review processes.  He is currently working on behalf of a number of Licensees on Crown Forest Licence land in rent review negotiations.  In addition Mark has worked on a number of Treaty Settlement valuations for land to be returned to Maori.

Brian Sides
Brian has worked in the Hawke's Bay market for 22 years and provides industrial and commercial property valuation services for rental purposes, market value, insurance and financial reporting purposes.  Compensation valuations for residential, commercial, industrial and lifestyle properties.  Investment analysis and property consultancy specific to urban and lifestyle property.

Simon Dunn
Simon qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in the UK and has worked as a fund manager for Royal & Sun Alliance and as a director of CB Richard Ellis in London managing the property funds of some large corporate clients. He will shortly be qualified as a registered valuer in New Zealand. He brings a wealth of international experience to property issues and a fresh approach.

Richard Moore
Richard joined Morice in 2008 having graduated from Lincoln University with a Bachelor of Commerce and Management Degree majoring in Agribusiness. Richard grew up on the family farm in the Wairarapa and is keen to further his knowledge in rural valuation while working towards becoming a registered valuer.

Karen Josephs
Karen has in excess of twenty-one years accumulated work experience in personal assistance and secretarial roles. At Morice Karen works at the front desk managing various tasks including reception, administration, secretarial duties and personal assistance to the Valuers.
 
Lynne Morice
Lynne Morice has been working as an Office Administrator for Morice  since its inception in 1977.

Her background is in office administration and financials. She currently works flexible hours to help Karen in busy times.
